Abigail Spencer
Abigail Leigh Spencer - born on August 4, 1981, is an American actress. She is most famous for her performance in the film The Haunting of Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You and for roles in television show Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. Her current role is Amantha in Rectify, a Sundance Channel show that is a drama. Abigail Leigh Spencer works as an actress in both television and films. She gained fame for her performances on Rectify (a dramatic) and Timeless (a sci-fi). She hails from Gulf Breeze, Florida. She began her acting career on the soap-opera All My Children. Her character in the soap show All My Children earned her a prize from Soap Opera Digest as the Best Female newcomer. In the following years, she was mostly a guest actor in several TV series. Her popularity was rewarded for her character of the character Dr. Erin Jameson in the television series Hawthorne. Due to her stunning appearance and a dazzling acting ability, she slowly gained an enormous following. In the film Campfire Stones, she played in the role at the age of 20. Jekyll This Means War as along with Chasing Mavericks are other films in which she appeared. As part of Beautiful Now, she was nominated for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. The film starred her as Lucy Preston the history professor in Timeless. Spencer has received positive reviews from critics about her performance in the sci-fi television show Timeless. She received nominations for a Teen Choice Award.
